Beta Terms

These Beta Terms govern your participation as a beta tester of T18, a product under active development operated by My Midam Golf S.L.. By accepting these terms you confirm that you have read and understand the following.

1. Experimental nature of the product

T18 is in Beta. This means some features may change, fail, behave unexpectedly, or become unavailable without prior notice. It is not a finished product or a definitive commercial release.

2. Beta limitations

• The service may experience interruptions, errors, or occasional data loss.
• Features may be added, modified, or removed during the Beta.
• Continuous availability or a specific service level is not guaranteed.

3. Permitted use

You may use T18 for your own training and tracking as a golf player. You may not attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the product, or use the service in a way that could damage its operation or that of other testers.

4. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (statistics, answers, recordings) and for the decisions you make about your game, training, or physical health based on what the system shows you. T18 is a support tool — it does not replace your own judgment or that of qualified professionals (doctors, physiotherapists, golf instructors).

5. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee that using T18 will improve your performance, your handicap, or any other sporting outcome. Recommendations are based on the information available and may be incomplete or incorrect.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, My Midam Golf S.L. will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or other harm arising from the use of an experimental Beta. This limitation does not exclude liability in cases where the law does not permit its exclusion (for example, willful misconduct or gross negligence).

7. Ending the Beta

We may end your access to the Beta, or the Beta as a whole, at any time. If this happens, we will give you as much advance notice as reasonably possible and explain what will happen to your data.

8. Intellectual property

T18, its code, design, and brand are the property of their owners. Your own data and content (recordings, answers, notes) remain yours — see the Privacy Policy for details on how it is handled.

9. User feedback

If you share suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the product with us during the Beta, you understand that we may use it to improve T18 without any obligation of compensation, unless we expressly agree otherwise.

10. Changes to the service

We may update these Terms during the Beta. If the change is significant, we will ask you to accept them again before continuing to use the product — your previous acceptance is never silently replaced without a record of the new one.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Spain.
