Privacy Policy (Beta)

This policy clearly explains what data we process in T18 during the Beta, what we use it for, and what rights you have over it.

What data we collect

• Account data: name, email, language.
• Game data: handicap, statistics, training sessions, rounds, and competitions.
• Content you generate: notes, voice recordings, PDFs you upload, and lesson photos and videos.
• Equipment profile and communication preferences.
• Your Player Card and Player Understanding Model (the profile the system builds from all of the above to personalize your coaching).

What we use the data for

• Running the product: generating reports, work plans, summaries, and recommendations.
• Personalization: adapting the coaching to your actual situation, not a generic template.
• Memory: remembering context between sessions so you're not asked the same thing twice.
• Improving the system: understanding what works and what doesn't, in aggregate.
• Support: helping you when something breaks or you have a question.
• Error analysis: diagnosing technical failures.

What we DON'T do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
• We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

Who we share data with

To operate, T18 sends part of your information to infrastructure and Artificial Intelligence providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (for example, the provider that processes the natural language of your conversations and recordings, and the database provider where your information is stored). These providers act as data processors, are bound by confidentiality agreements, and cannot use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

• Access: request a copy of what data we hold about you.
• Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure: request that we delete your data.
• Restriction: request that we restrict certain uses.
• Objection: object to a specific processing activity, where applicable.
• Portability: request your data in a reusable format, where applicable.

Security

• Communications between your device and our servers are encrypted.
• Access to your account is protected by authentication.
• Only you can access your data, except for staff strictly necessary to provide support when you request it.

How long we keep your data

For as long as your account is active, and for the time reasonably necessary after closing it to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted unless the law requires retaining some of it for longer.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy significantly during the Beta, we will ask you to accept it again before continuing to use the product.
