Confidentiality Agreement (Beta)

T18 is still in a closed testing phase (private Beta). You are accessing it as an invited tester, not as a public user, and this agreement records your confidentiality commitment for the duration of that phase.

1. What this commitment covers

By accepting it, you agree not to reveal, publish, share, or disclose to third parties any information about the product, including but not limited to:

• The fact that the Beta exists or that you're participating in it, unless you want to share that generically.
• Screenshots, video, or audio recordings of the application.
• Features, content, text, prompts, analysis, or recommendations generated by the system.
• Any material, documentation, or communication you receive from us about the product.

2. What you can do

You can discuss your experience privately with us (direct feedback) at any time — in fact, we welcome it. What this agreement restricts is sharing that information with third parties outside the Beta: press, public social media, forums, other companies, and so on.

3. Duration

This confidentiality commitment remains in place while the product is in Beta and for a reasonable period after your participation ends, until we make the information in question public.

4. Purpose of this clause

This is not meant to stop you from talking freely about your experience as a golf player or your progress — it only protects the product, still in development and not yet publicly launched, from being disclosed before its time.
